Clarke Scholarship Deadline Approaching Clarke Scholarship Deadline Approaching The ASME Foundation and the ASME Auxiliary are currently accepting applications for the 2014 Lucy and Charles W. E. Clarke Scholarship program.This scholarship is awarded to university mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology departments based on their support of ASME activities. The departments, in turn, then identify freshmen who will begin mechanical engineering studies in Fall 2014 as the recipients of the scholarship. Oct. 20 is the deadline for ME and MET departments to submit their applications. Scholarship applications and more details on the Lucy and Charles W. E.
